You can book this service by contacting the preferred practice location. The consultation fee for Initial and review sessions varies in different locations. Our practice staff will provide consultation fees upon enquiries. 

At Green Life Dietetics we provide a mixed bill service, and bulk billing (Enhanced Primary Care & Department of Veteran’s Affairs), claim through Private Health Funds, Work Cover. 

A referral is not required for our dietitian appointments. However having a GP care plan referral means that you will get the medicare rebate (58$) for each session. 

Please have any doctor referrals, blood test results, medication and medical history with you at your initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Our Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

  • Failure to attend an appointment is unfair to other patients and takes up the Dietitian’s time unnecessarily. Unfortunately, if you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided us with 24 hours notice, you will be charged with 30$ fee.

  • We do appreciate that short notice is unavoidable in some circumstances. Discretion will be exercised in such cases.
